this is your captain speaking. i dont wanna frightened you all when u guys attend this friday's training. so,im gonna list it out here and let you people know what are we gonna do this friday.

10 runs from goal post to goal post
30 sit ups
20 push ups
20 step jumps
5 suicides (goal post to goal post)
20 burpee
15 leg raise
20 lunges (left/right leg)
5 runs from goal post to goal post

well,this is all folks! after this physical training. we're gonna do drills. and btw,im not coming this friday. hehe.
