Intensive Training Week during June holidays

Hey guys and gals out there... interested to bring your ultimate skills to a higher level?
Join us in our intensive training from 14 - 18th June. (the week after Sem 1 exam)
It will be held at Catholic High School, from 4pm to 7.00pm for 5 days.

Words from the organizer (Bryan Chong, currently studying in Cornell University, Team B (ultimate frisbee) of Cornell Buds):

"Things to expect:

- Warm-ups that will actually *tire* you, while preparing you enough to play top-form almost immediately.

- A variety of drills each day to improve different aspects of your game, like cuts, catching, fakes, defense, and throws under pressure.

- Physical tests like sprints and jumps to let you know where you stand, and as a self-reference so as to keep improving. Data will be kept private, unless the team requests that we post it up.

- Briefs on strategies and tactics.

- Scrimmaging (pickup, game) of course!
